Floating Botanical Glass Fram
A minimalist and elegant project that captures the beauty of nature in an ethereal way, perfect for adding an organic and refined touch to any boho chic wall without the complexity of macramé.
Materials
- Two panes of glass or clear open frames
- Pressed flowers or dried eucalyptus leaves
- Clear double-sided tape or spray glue for photos
- Thin brass chain or jute cord
- Scissors
- Tweezers for positioning the botanicals
Method
Clean the glass panes thoroughly to remove fingerprints and dust.
Arrange the dried flowers or leaves on the first pane in an asymmetrical, airy composition.
Apply a small dot of adhesive to the back of each natural element to secure it to the glass.
Gently place the second pane of glass over the first, creating a sandwich effect.
Seal the edges with the frame's hooks or a thin metal profile.
Attach the brass chain to the top points to hang the piece.
Boho Variations
Use flower petals in warm tones like terracotta and ochre for an autumnal look.
Insert small fragments of gold leaf between the panes for a luxurious touch of light.
Replace the chain with sage-colored velvet ribbon for a softer texture.
