DIY FACE MASK FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
INGREDIENTS
-6 spoons of Aloe vera gel
Fragile skin tends to show evident capillaries, both in summer and in winter. While it may be helpful to fortify the capillaries from the inside with specific supplements, it can help the epidermis remain elastic.
PREPARATION
Prepare a mallow decoction by boiling 40 grams of leaves, fresh or dried, in a cup of water for 3 minutes. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, while pre equal the other ingredients. Mixing yourself gently, add the Aloe Gel with the rose squeta oil: then add the filtered decoction.
THE APPLICATION
Apply a generous layer all over the face and, if you like, also on the neck. Leave on for 20 minutes to an hour, then rinse with warm water.
