HOW TO USE ARGAN OIL

Thanks to its moisturizing and rejuvenating properties, Argan oil can be applied to the face to eliminate age marks, to the body to nourish the skin and reduce stretch marks, to the hair to make it more resistant and to the nails or lips to protect them.
Here are some methods for using this oil:

Body: Pour about ten drops on the affected area and massage gently with circular movements until completely absorbed, preferably after showering or shaving at least once a day. For a complete action on the whole body, sprinkle the oil in the bath or on your shower sponge. It is also ideal if used on children's delicate skin. Finally, it can be a perfect massage oil in case of sore muscles.

Scrub: To make a body scrub, mix four tablespoons of oil with the grains of salt from the Dead Sea. The amount of the latter varies according to the delicacy of your skin: equal quantity if mixed, two tablespoons if sensitive.

Face: A couple of drops twice a day are needed on the face and inflammation caused by psoriasis to combat wrinkles or irritation.
Tip: It can be an interesting ingredient for a cream, a handmade mask or accompanied by almond oil.

Hair: Rub a few drops of oil in your hands and then spread it on the hair, especially on the tips, or massage it on the scalp. Wait an hour before rinsing them with your ordinary shampoo. To increase the effect, add a few more drops on the tips before drying them. Do it once or twice a week.

Hands and nails: Prepare a bowl with Argan oil and a few drops of lemon and immerse the hands for about a quarter of an hour or apply a few drops on the surface of the nail at least once a day.
