SERUMS VS. MOISTURIZERS
Whenever I have to buy new beauty products I'm pretty confused:
Serums or moisturizers?
What's the best form my skin?
Serums or moisturizers?
What's the best form my skin?
Let us therefore try to understand the differences:
Serums are not substitutes for moisturizers.
Serums are thinner and lighter than moisturizers. Therefore, their tiny molecules are able to absorb into deeper layers of the skin.
Moisturizers are thicker and creamier than serums. The molecules in moisturizers are larger than serums, so they are meant to add moisture to the top layer of skin.
It is beneficial to use both a serum and moisturizer.
Use your serum before your moisturizer.
Adding this combo to your skincare routine will provide your skin with a double dose of hydrating and healing ingredients.
An important thing to consider ALWAYS is that the cosmetics packaging, whether serums or moisturizers, must not be able to contaminate with the germs of our hands, the pressure vessels help to better preserve the active ingredients of the products that are consumed in contact with the air.
ATTENTION ! Always check the expiration of your products behind the packaging.
Maybe you still have time to give that cream you just don't use anymore to your bestie...
