We are what we eat: an old proverb that does not lie.
Certainly the foods we eat can improve our health and our appearance, as well as poor nutrition and few vitamins can make us look more fit.
I looked for a list of foods that are good for those who have problems with acne, the better comes from the inside, and never forget to hydrate ourselves by drinking enough, whatever our skin type.
