Group B vitamins are essential for healthy hair, skin and nails. These vitamins promote cellular regeneration, help the metabolic function that allows us to "exploit" the nutrients of everything we eat, promote blood circulation and the formation of new cells (for the skin and for the generation of new hair and tissues).

It's good  to improve one's diet by including foods containing more vitamin B in the daily diet.

Eggs - Eggs contain all types of B vitamins, in particular B2 and riboflavin, which plays an important role in metabolizing fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

Milk - Just like eggs, milk contains almost all the B vitamins, particularly B12, a precious substance because it promotes the formation of red blood cells.

Dried fruits - Almonds, walnuts and peanuts are rich in vitamin B3, a skin-friendly substance and perfect for fighting fatigue and digestive problems.

Fish - Almost all fish, especially the blue one, is rich in vitamin B6. It is a vitamin that improves the production of serotonin, a fundamental hormone for the well-being of our body (and for mood).

Cabbages, broccoli and spinach - All green leafy vegetables are a source of vitamin B1, which helps keep the nervous system young and active, encouraging concentration.

Brewer's yeast - Rich in vitamin B3, brewer's yeast is a perfect ally to have healthy skin, but also to protect the intestine and improve digestion.

Legumes - All legumes, especially peas, contain vitamin B9. This substance, also known as folic acid, promotes DNA synthesis and plays a central role during fetal development during pregnancy.
