FOODS WITH KERATIN
Keratin is the protein that makes hair and nails healthy and strong. There are some foods that stimulate keratin production.
Whole grains and rice: good source of nutrients that facilitate production. Particularly recommended is millet rich in vitamin A, and group B, folic acid, iron, potassium and zinc, which protect hair and slow down hair loss. Brown rice is rich in Vitamin B7.
Fruit and vegetables: because it is rich in vitamins. Vitamin C stimulates the production of keratin and is present in citrus fruits, peppers and Brussels sprouts. Vitamin B7 in cauliflower, broccoli and onion is also useful for production.
Dairy products: we talk about the low-fat dairy products rich in essential amino acids that stimulate their formation. We recommend low-fat milk, low-fat cheese and yogurt.
Eggs and legumes: the production and structure of the protein is supported by minerals. For example the sulfur that is present in eggs, beans, black cabbage and soy or iron which is abundant in legumes.
