Pomegranate drink
INGREDIENTS
2 pomegranates
1 tablespoon of ginger syrup
200 ml of cold water
the juice of 1 lemon
HOW TO DO
Open the fruit in two and shell it on a plate by tapping the back with a spoon.
Eliminate the white skins that give a bitter taste. Pour the beans into the centrifuge and collect the juice in a jug. Add water, syrup and lemon juice
Rest a couple of hours in the refrigerator and enjoy cold.
